Please note that all prices on this website are in CANADIAN dollars.

FREE delivery is available within Canada for orders of $199 CAD and over.

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.

We do not accept returns outside North America.

Sale items are final sale.

Please take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition. In addition:

  • Tags should be intact and item unwashed and unworn
  • Customer must have a valid receipt of purchase
  • Item must be returned within 21 days of receipt of merchandise
  • Please note customers are responsible for the return/ exchange postage, customs clearance/ charges and safe delivery of returned items

Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and STUDIO FFORM's return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post. STUDIO FFORM is not responsible for undelivered returned merchandise.

 

SHIPPING

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Make sure to double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. STUDIO FFORM is unable to reroute packages. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

Shipping delays may be experienced during the Holidays. International packages may be delayed by customs which is out of our control. 

Domestic orders are sent via Canada Post and will arrive approx. 3 – 10 business days after being shipped.

Orders to the U.S. are sent via Canada Post/ DHL and will arrive approx. 5 – 14 business days after being shipped.

International orders are sent via Canada Post/ DHL and will arrive between 10 – 21 working days after being shipped.

STUDIO FFORM is not responsible for missing/ lost packages. 

 

Costs:

There is FREE delivery within Canada for all orders of $199 CAD or more (before taxes).

Orders of $198 CAD or less (before taxes) within Canada cost a flat rate of $12.

 

Deliveries to the U.S.

Orders of $399 CAD or more cost a flat rate of $49 CAD

Orders of $199 - 398 CAD cost a flat rate of $39 CAD

Orders of $198 CAD or less cost a flat rate of $19 CAD

 

International deliveries

Orders of $399 CAD or more cost a flat rate of $74 CAD

Orders of $199 - 398 CAD cost a flat rate of $54 CAD

Orders of $198 CAD or less cost a flat rate of $34 CAD

 

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. For Canadian customers, sales tax will be added upon checkout where applicable. All international orders may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
